Pros

-Company culture -Great benefits -Incredible office and workspace -Great people/colleagues -Strong executive leadership -Vast product suite with emphasis on innovating and expanding

Cons

-Salary and total compensation are below market standard -Employee churn -Product fixes/patches often take too long to launch -Product leadership is mediocre at best -Sales GTM strategy/goals YoY sometimes feel unorganized, confusing, or reactive -Sales and support departments are mandated to work certain days in office, whereas other departments, such as product, do not have this -Requiring new hires to be based out of Lincoln, therefore missing out on recruiting top talent

Flexibility, time off, health insurance, culture, employee events.

Cons

Salary, rough sales org due to quotas being raised 50%+ for some reps with little to no ability to negotiate salary. Very seasonal, so work life balance can vary.
