      Supportive work environment, freedom to work independently. Great health insurance benefits. Growth opportunities are created. Unlimited PTO. Vacation perks for tenured employees.

      Pros

      I feel supported and challenged. Our culture is fast and fun. My coworkers are talented and kind. Free lunch everyday is incredible.

      Lack of structure may not work for some, I suppose.
