It’s great to hear that you’re experiencing some of the best that Hudl has to offer—our world-class benefits (would love to see your sabbatical pictures!), incredible team, career development and a true work-life harmony. Your pain points with team restructures and legacy code challenges are understandable. Pros

- Hands down the best team and company culture I've gotten to experience in my career - I've found that Hudl provides plenty of growth opportunities in my current role. One caveat is that they're very self directed, which means that it's up to me as an employee to drive the learning goals I want for myself - The flexibility in this position has been a huge perk, being able to step away from work when I need to and know things will continue to run is very reassuring

Cons

- Like any company, I think Hudl always has things to work on. As they move away from a start-up stage company to more mid-sized there comes plenty of procedural changes, layers of approvals, and change management that has to occur. I'd encourage the company to continue to share information (as they can), think ahead to how employees will be affected, and how Hudl's culture overall will change.
