      * Interesting domain * Market leading products * Scale is large enough to get things done, small enough to make a difference * Unlike a lot of US based tech businesses ... the European offices are able to really influence overall direction * Really open, supportive culture

      Cons

      * Timezones can be tricky with teams in the US * Demanding management as the business is trying to move fast * Lots of M&A so can lead to some churn
