      - The mission & purpose of the company are easy to get excited about (solving problems around sports and technology) - The culture promotes flexibility and inclusivity that values individual needs and lifestyles. Managers encourage employees to utilize the unlimited vacation policy to take the time they need. - Comprehensive benefits, especially for young professionals and working parents. - Provides a supportive environment for professional development and career growth. - I feel empowered to do high-quality work.
