Also in case our employees are asked to work overtime, we make sure that we provide them with allowances and compensatory off to make sure that we are doing justice to the extra effort put in.       There are great people, and the product adds a lot of value to our growing customer base. It is exciting to be a part of a company that continues to grow and do more to service our ecosystem

      Cons

      Not so much a con but because there is so much growth and speed to get work done, it is incredibly fast paced and there are no boring days. It can be hard to keep up but that is a fun part of the challenge!
