Pros

Hudl cares about its people first and foremost. They provide benefits that allow for a strong work-life balance, and they work with you to find the best fit based on your interests, skills, etc. Hudl wants the people to stick around long term.

Cons

The pay could be higher, otherwise Hudl is a great place to work.

Pros

Care about customers, want the workplace to be fun, genuinely care about others, good work life balance, lots of future growth with stability in mind, able to easily work remotely, easy access to upper management, awesome offices, free chef made lunches and snacks, good paths for upward movement for both management and specialized tech roles

Cons

Pay is less than most large tech companies though still with the national average and not a ton of transparency with pay structures currently, finishing transitioning from a startup to a larger company still so still ironing out some documentation
