Decent pay, nice work environment, upper management doesn't care

Pros

Great staff, at least at the branches that I've worked at. Benefits are nice for full time staff

Cons

Upper management couldn't care less about branch staff. They put a lot of effort into making it look like they're listening and concerned about branch employees, but when it comes down to it the bottom line is always king. Pay is less than market value for the work. Quarterly benefits somewhat make up for this.

Cons

It will seem like a lot at first. I truly have nothing bad to say about the Credit Union. They have welcomed me with open arms since day one. If ever given the opportunity when my situation changes (I had to resign due to personal circumstances) I would surely inquire for another position at the Credit Union.

PTO, benefits That’s about it.

Cons

Tons of micromanagement. No room at all for basic human error. In training they lie and tell you they’re not pushy with sales goals but that’s false, it’s everything. The goals are absurd and unrealistic. The wage does not match Long hours on top of the amount of work they expect of us.
