      - Nothing really good about this company

      Cons

      - Bad management - HR is the worst i have seen so far - Lot of managers i have seen have no managerial skills so far - Hostile work environment - Many managers micro-manage - No concern towards employees - bad benefits - low pay

      1. Laid back work environment 2. salary so-so 3. good for beginners

      Cons

      1. too old fashioned, dependent on documentation/work that was done 10-20 years ago 2. new ideas are not always encouraged 3. disorganized 4. sub-continent style work culture, you will feel like you work in a government office in india 5. no work from home, no flexibility, you have to maintain the work hours, your work doesn't matter, but if u are just sitting there all day chatting and FBing, that's ok 6. Horrible health benefits, tiny gym 7. Not enough opportunities for learning

      The experience completely depends on the team. The team I worked is very ordinary and the manager sucks. - Flex times - Job safety since most people leave the company - Relatively easy to crack the interview and a decent start for young graduate

      Cons

      - Benefits are going down since Echostar took over - Very old Software techniques - Not much innovation in Software products - Takes very long to get promotions
