Business Outlook
Pros
In my time with the Company, I have had a few different jobs in my department. I have had the opportunity to work on some amazing, intense projects, learn new things, work with people in other departments, and have exposure to executive management.
Cons
While "working from home" is not an option, I understand why we don't do that. My friends who work from home do not have the close, trusting relationships with peers that I do here. Whether it's popping into someone's office, having an impromptu hallway meeting, or a full brainstorming session on the cafe patio, my coworkers and I trust each other, rely on each other and back each other up to meet the goals of our department and the company. So is that really a con?
