      Very little micromanagement from upper management, lots of autonomy. Seems like a solid company, steady growth, no major knee-jerk policy changes during the 2008- downturn.

      Cons

      Very little interest or recognition from management. Fairly static positions, not a lot of upward growth potential in many departments.
