      Worst RF/Antnena Team

      * This company's certain Technical Team is good in your old age when you want a relax job.

      Cons

      * Lot of dirty politics inside RF and Phased Array Antenna Team * If you are hired for RF Engineer you will be put as a repetitive measurement guy for a long time which can be done with a simple GED pass guy. * I heard Phased Array Antenna Team is also worse. Do not join that group if you are planning to join as an Antenna engineer. The guy now is senior he does not want to share knowledge or share most of the emails to the Team members . He just makes his boss (He is not an Antenna person) very happy. Boss does not know whats going on inside. You will end up with a labor in this group if he leads. Ultimately, you will waste your time in this group. * Many dirty politics inside. * Not many benefits. * Worst medical plan.

      Very Nice Co-Workers No Micro Managment

      If there is no micro management at this company, it is because there really isn't management at all. There is a lot of talk about innovation and improvement, but the infrastructure is so far behind the times (my team had no central place for documentation...SharePoint was accessible, but for whatever reason not used. Walking around the building gives one the sense you are at a company that is stuck in 2001. This doesn't bode well for a company that provides the services it does. (I don't mean to be harsh...there are a lot of great people here that do great work...but far too much time is spent in competition with other departments rather that collaborative work that could move the company forward.)
