      Very good benefits and conveniences, including on-site nurse and credit union. Top technology on interesting projects and great co-worker relationships. People are top notch.

      Great projects to learn cool technologies. Will get chance to work on different parts of Software development life cycle. Real hands-on experience. Great team. People are very smart. Gr8 benefits

      Some times you may get shuffled around too much to meet the project deadlines.

      Working with a lot of talent senior engineers.

      Cons

      Most of the leaders/managers are micro management. Expect you to work long hours. Sometimes will receive calls from your management even you are officially on vacation, and expect you to work. Never appreciate what you have been given to the company but will criticize you even small mistake. No balance your life. Bonus depends on whether the boss likes you or not, or whether you are his "buddy", not because of your performance. Bonus among high up compare to engineers and below are big gap. Management is top to bottom. No opportunities for grow.
