Pros

There were none. Networking was poor, benefits were a scam, pay was semi-decent but offset by high benefits premiums, company culture is toxic.

Cons

Toxic work environment, awful benefits, toxic company culture, high employee turnover, mandated office attendance with heavily tracked badge ins and minutes, required overtime

We appreciate you taking the time to provide such a candid account of your experience with the company. It is concerning to read about your frustrations regarding our benefits structure and the workplace culture you encountered during your tenure. Our goal is to foster an environment where employees feel trusted and valued, and your comments regarding management styles and operational transparency provide us with serious points for reflection. We are committed to evolving our internal practices to better support our teams and retain the talented individuals who drive our innovation.

Pros

Good pay for senior positions, stock price is up, discounts on Dish and Boost offerings

Cons

Employment base is shrinking:positions vacated by retirement or attrition are not being filled after months or years, benefits are average (high deductibles), engineers are often micro-managed, depending on project

It is great to hear that you have benefited from the competitive pay for senior roles and that our stock performance has been a positive factor in your experience. We are also pleased that you’ve been able to take advantage of the employee discounts on Dish and Boost offerings, as we want our team to enjoy the products they help support every day. We acknowledge your concerns regarding the shifts in our workforce and the impact that unassigned roles can have on remaining team members. Maintaining a balanced workload and ensuring our engineers have the autonomy they need to succeed are priorities for us, and we are constantly looking at how we can better support our project teams. Regarding our benefits package, we aim to offer a variety of options to meet the diverse needs of our employees and appreciate your feedback on how we can improve our healthcare value
