      Pros

      Good for starting a career. Work is not too bad, sometimes interesting. Work/life balance is very good.

      Cons

      Pay is low, benefits are not great. Management is mostly older folks and is pretty top heavy, does not seem like a lot of room to move up after a certain point. Cafeteria food is meh. Office space is depressing.
