Pros
Employees tend to stay there for a long time. Many employees 20-25 years. The technology is solid. The company moves at a snail's pace so there is little room for error (low risk).
Cons
The company moves at a snail's pace so it's hard to make any changes. Being a Territory Manager you will feel like your feedback isn't important, unless they ask for it. Unless you are willing to move to Germantown MD there isn't any career opportunities to move up.
