      Predictable work hours, job security, culture is open and coworkers are great!

      Cons

      No incentives or support from management to help younger employees move up and grow their career or develop new skill sets. Finance is considered a support function and not a strategic function at the company so Finance staff is not rewarded as much for their contributions. Company pays Finance employees significantly below market price.

      As part of strategy to prevent lay-offs, runs lean on engineers. Very slow to adopt modern technologies, including C++ standards, programming languages, compilers, CI/CD tools, and development practices. Minimal benefits offering. No competitive pay for employees with federal clearance.
