The compay has a fairly good reputation and long history in satellite communication product with largest share of market in VSAT. It has a strong engineering team. I saw a few talents left for working with competitors in recent couple of years. Some of the top talents have education of PhD and are very experienced. The company encourages being creative and innovative. The company is located in sub-Washington DC. The housing price in local area is fair and affodable. The local schools have very good ranking nation-wide, which is critical for people with school-age children.
Cons
The compay is facing many competitors and need a more aggressive business plan.
