Layoffs coming

Pros

We have heard from the inside that lots of layoffs are coming. Commercial and residential teams will possibly be affected. Hamid Akhavan loves layoffs. His salary rises while he let's people's home's be foreclosed on. I think he actually laughs at the employees when they get laid off. It's probably humorous to him.

Cons

Mandatory badge in badge out or get fired. CEO (Hamid Akhavan) is like a robot and has no empathy or morals CEO is afraid of his boss (The Big Cheese Charlie Ergen aka majority owner) Lowest salary possible Management that doesn't protect employees HR that is so bad you'd consider slitting your wrists before talking to them.

Look elsewhere

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

My immediate team is great.

Cons

Things have seriously gone downhill. Benefits slashed, very low pay and wage increases less than half the inflation rate. Completely tone def badge-in badge-out and time tracking policy. Arrive after 9am because of whatever? Have fun explaining it to your manager. Every time. Didnt realize i was flippin burgers at wendys after all this time. Notorious at H1B trapping, if you are in that situation, dont let them ruin your life. Even if you are seriously pressed for a job, please look elsewhere. There is nothing for you here. That espcially goes out to college grads. This is not the place you want to be.
