Minimal to no micromanaging, good commissions and incentives. They do provide some leads now.

Cons

Competitive market can make sales challenging. You need to be highly motivated and self sufficient to truly excel.

Pros

Humana is a wonderful organization. I left due to a family issue. The culture is very inclusive, management is supportive, and coworkers work as a team.

Cons

There were no cons. Having a great manager helps in this area.

Good company for the most part and great benefits. but there is no transparency in what the commissions they will pay you. Many discouraged agents and high turnover.
