Pros

Day 1 insurance benefits, higher starting pay than similar companies.

Cons

The CP team (FL based Medicare) is too strict and acts as a separate entity. Management seems as if they’re on a power trip.

Pros

They do compensate their employees fairly and have very great benefits/flexible schedules.

Cons

Associates in Puerto Rico do not have the same advancement opportunities as associates Stateside. A lot of vacant positions are opened in which Puertorrican representatives will not be considered due to their current location.

Pros

No pros. The company needs to hire better management.

Cons

A lot of CONS. You can not move from your chair not even to go the the bathroom. You feel like you are in pre-school asking permission to step out to go to the bathroom or get some water.
