Pros

wellness break and informative town halls.

Cons

The company have been partially bought out and positions were eliminated without a moments notice. I left before any chances happened. No room for growth at all, unless you know someone. Been there for almost 3 years and applied for 10 positions, interviewed for about 3 (maybe 4) and was denied for all positions (even with good metrics). Favoritism and secrecy is very real. They barely care about the members and will put the front line in the line of fire to save themselves. The pay is super low, ESPECIALLY with the position cuts, you’re adding on new responsibilities on your employees. PAY THEM!
