Pros

401K company match, Provided Lunch occasionally,

Cons

I was a data entry associate in the order entry department. Was never told about performance expectations at the interview. Those were told after I was performing the position very high numbers were needed in order to keep from getting deficiencies against you. The hours were also never explained until management decided they wanted them to change to mandatory OT, and you were not allowed to take off for any reason. I was employed there from 5/11 - 4/14, and during that time the threshold for errors were lowered several times to where you couldn't make one error. They eventually let go of all the data entry department I worked in by telling us our effeciency were too low, yet I received certificates where I made high numbers and I had perfect attendance. And each one of us individually were offered two weeks to find other employment (thanks to AT Will). No one took the offer so we were all terminated . They have since hired an all new data entry department.

Pros

A Paycheck, the few friends you make, and that is about it. If you need a job, take it - otherwise, RUN, RUN, RUN!!

Cons

Constantly monitoring every little thing you are doing. If you have too much 'idle' time, they will question you down to if you were in the bathroom. Ridiculous.

Pros

- Vacation time wasn't too bad - pay wasn't too bad but could be better

Cons

- management openly shows favoritism - if you question management's ethics, you will be fired - management doesn't know from one day to another what is going on, what your schedule will be or how to do ANYTHING! - if management likes you, you can sit and talk for hours, while getting paid and make all the others do the work, get a great schedule and time off whenever you need it. - it doesn't matter to management if your numbers are the highest, most efficient and accurate. - No room for growth within department/company - Conduct redundant group meetings every day unnecessarily, which disrupts work flow. - Management doesn't provide enough feedback to employees as they say they would. - Way too many bottlenecks in the department process/operation.
