Outrageous cost for health care benefits. Very poor communication from all management. Change policies every week and expect you to get it right before info ever passed on to staff. Place co-worker on probation for not performing job, not seeing members as required but still give top % raise and behavior still continues with multiple slaps on the hand = favoritism.
