      NO LONGER A LUCRATIVE JOB

      Remote being the only benefit.

      Since I started here 3 years ago I made 130k. This job slowly downgraded our pay each year since. Moving into 2026 this company made it so half our plans are non commissionable and slashed our health insurance benefits. I’ll be lucky to make 80k a year here with working insane overtime hours during the enrollment period. They have the employees no notice. Told them Oct 1st that we’ll be making 20-30k less a year in commissions. This company is to not be trusted.

      Benefits are amazing. The best I’ve ever had.

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Zero job training, Team members dump their unwanted work on new employees but refuse to meet with or show someone the ropes. However I’m learning that no one really knows what they’re doing, I can’t believe I left a decent job for this CIRCUS. Also, no opportunities for advancement.
