      Pros

      Working from home due to covid, bonuses, and the pay is decent but can be much better.

      Cons

      Schedules changed without even asking you if it works for you. Micromanagement is out of this world. Phone system picks up all calls so if you get up for a second and come back you’ll see there’s been an answered call and might have heard anything you were saying. Change is constant.

      -Lots of resources: discounts while shopping/with companies, wellness coaches, to help you find local resources -You work closely with your direct supervisor -Work at home culture is pretty well established

      Cons

      -Stability is hit or miss, however, if one region suffers losses and needs to downsize, they DO help you find new positions in other areas. -It's hard to get ahead, to figure what way is career advancement
