      Pros

      Competitive salary and incentive programs, great PTO (ability to accrue over 25 days per year), decent health benefits HDHP, HSA matching, great 401k matching structure and vesting schedule.

      Cons

      I personally did not enjoy the scope of my job. My decision to resign was based on my position itself - the production requirements, outbound calls, strict scheduling.

      Pros

      Before the merger/acquisition I felt that my ideas were heard. I felt I could affect change in this organization. It truly had been the best place I've ever worked.

      Cons

      They're going through a merger/acquisition. This has caused a number of employees to either find other employment or to be completely freaked out about whether they will have a job in the next six months. It has become quite stressful.
