Pros
Compairable compensation, at times a can a be a fun place to work with activies they hold. Fair amount of PTO is accumlated. Matching of 401K is a nice bonus.
Cons
Work/Life Balance very challenging. To many project managers and other staff involved in projects. Multiple reoccuring meetings held daily that are use less and time consuming. My company was aquired by Humana. Humana is your typical cooperate America company, with alot of employees throwing others under the bus, in order to move up the ladder.
