      the vision is a good one, the right focus

      it really depends on the department you are in and the leader you have - you could have a much different experience than someone else working just one floor away.

      Hmmm...only pro I can think of is good PTO time

      Cons

      Outrageous cost for health care benefits. Very poor communication from all management. Change policies every week and expect you to get it right before info ever passed on to staff. Place co-worker on probation for not performing job, not seeing members as required but still give top % raise and behavior still continues with multiple slaps on the hand = favoritism.

      Pros

      Large corporation= good salery and benifits. Company on paper project a very positive presence in the health insurance and care management markets.

      Cons

      Far too many "managers" with a gotcha and stab - you- in- the -back attitude. Appears even that employees of one race are allowed to grossly discriminate against another without reprocusson.
