      Pros

      They people are great. You have your own desk space. I love the cafeteria they have. There are always opening for moving up within the company. The supervisors and directors were all very friendly while I worked there. I made life long friends while working there also. There are so many options for someone to move up within the company.

      Cons

      There was a lot of overtime during the companies open enrollment period but they tell you that before you get hired on.

      Pros

      The benefits are good and start day one. Also they offer great education assistance.

      Cons

      Treat hard working employees like they are dispensable. Do everything in their power to ensure certain people receive raises. Confusing instructions and day to day last minute changes. Managers speak to you unprofessionally. They dont every want you to take time off no matter the reason. Expectations to be perfect are extremely high.

      Pros

      You get paid a lot of money and the benefits are wonderful. They allow flex hours and work from home, and if you can keep your head down, you will be golden.

      Cons

      The middle management is the biggest problem in this company. The corporation preaches engagement and work-life balance, but the reality is that you will be working a lot o f hours. if you have to take FMLA or maternity leave, it is a hit to your career. If you are creative and want to try new things, you will be seen as a problem child. Just go in, do the bare minimum, collect your paycheck, and go home. Anything else will hurt you.
