      Pros

      Flexible employer with friendly work-place backed up by encouraging management. Very good corporate culture to instill new ideas and innovation, excellent Technology transformation initiatives backed up with diversified workforce.

      Cons

      Health insurance benefits offered to its own employees could be definitely better. It is a surprise to find such high dollar deductible plans offered to its own employees by a Health insurance giant.

      The executive leadership team has a clear vision for the future of this organization. There are a wealth of benefits around well-being. There is a ton of growth opportunities for those who work in Kentucky.

      Cons

      Lack of accountability within my specific area Lack of leadership development within my department Continuous addition of responsibilities added to the role but not to the role profile. This makes those in my position ineffective leaders. Our plates are overflowing.

      Pros

      This Company offers a good salary and the option to work from home and/or a flex schedule, to most employees.

      Cons

      This company has diminished its ability and/or desire to see beyond the financial bottom line...pushing inventory no matter the outcome, errors, or dissatisfied clients. As a result, the atmosphere, employee commitment and overall focus to provide quality service and a product that is accurate and beneficial across the board, is virtually non-existent...on any level.
