too much internal turnover. while there are great internal opportunities for current employees, it seems that a lot of knowledge and skills are quickly lost within the area. people move up and around quickly, but it makes it sometimes difficult when you're constantly having to educate people on processes.

Deception & favoritism everywhere. Performance means nothing bc it's really all about who you know. Terrible hiring process. People do not get a fair chance when they apply for a job. System is old & antiquated.
