      Pros

      Having a job in this economy is good I guess.

      Cons

      Where do I start...shady co-workers. Smile in your face and talk behind your back and try to get you fired. Common at most jobs but Humana takes the cake. Management looks busy doing nothing. They shift blame for what ever process isn't working to the workers. Raises are very poor.

      Access to discounts and a decent healthy living program. When you start, you get the feel that the company cares for you. But as you work here longer, they slowly take things away,

      Since I have been employed by Humana as a Sales representative, there has been change that beefs the company, the usual message is "we will no longer pay you for this". It has been a downward spiral

      Pros

      Work can be challenging and mission is satisfying if you're allowed to contribute.

      Cons

      Huge bureaucracy, IT is a sweat shop with ineffective and arrogant leadership. There are a lot of good, talented people in that shop that suffer from no leadership. Hopefully, people understand that the Computerworld Top 100 rating is a purchased membership, not a real evaluation of the IT shop.
