      Access to discounts and a decent healthy living program. When you start, you get the feel that the company cares for you. But as you work here longer, they slowly take things away,

      Since I have been employed by Humana as a Sales representative, there has been change that beefs the company, the usual message is "we will no longer pay you for this". It has been a downward spiral

      Strong support from management, decent salary, and a set schedule all contribute to a mostly enjoyable work environment. Coworkers always seem willing to help and the morale seems to stay upbeat for the most part.

      Cons

      The atmosphere is extremely corporate and the work can be redundant. There also seems to be a lack of knowledgeable leadership to keep things running smoothly.
