Pros
I've never worked for a company that has cared more for my own personal development. I've been given opportuntiies and exposure all the way up to the CEO level, and I'm just a project manager with Humana. I'm sure experiences differ based on what department you are in within in the company, but I couldn't be happier. To give you an example: Twice in the past two years, Humana has given all FT associates not on a bonus plan a $1,000 check (in which they paid the taxes on, so you actually got 1,000 cash!) I love this company!
Cons
The culture itself can be a bit oldfashioned. The dress code is super professional in the corporate building in downtown louisville, and most employees are not very tech savy.
