Pros

Work at home opportunity - more companies should consider this..

Cons

Expensive health insurance benefits No growth opportunity unless you live in Louisville KY Excessive coaching with lots of contradictions - they dig for things to criticize in your performance just to be seen to be "coaching" That is neither effective nor "coaching"... Pompous leaders who are self important, smug and preening - talk down to nurses as if we are all simple minded. Present ridiculous concepts as "exciting challenges" and expect us to be excited. Evaluation system is onerous and overly complicated and fails to reflect your actual performance in any way. Horrible documentation system.

Melting pot of incompetence

Pros

Made some great friends which allowed for good camaraderie. Good 401(k). Good amount of vacation and sick time if you are there long enough

Cons

Pay increases are very few and far between, even with great performance. No cost of living increases. Pay is significantly less compared to competitors. Lots of incompentent supervisors and managers who could care less about whether their employees are happy or not. If you want to be rewarded for good performance with a jeans pass, then this is the perfect place to work. Hundreds of jobs were cut and outsourced, so learning how to speak Indian is must before starting employment. Limited opportunities for growth or career advancement, but opportunities are there for those who are part of the right cliques or are "in" with the right people. I could go on but want to avoid ranting.

Pros

The company puts a lot of money and time into attracting the best talent. They offer educational seminars and internships to students from top colleges.

Cons

Performance reviews and advancement are based on subjective criteria. HR provides no support when employees encounter unethical issues with management.
