      Great benefits, good people. Corporate location in Louisville know mission, lost in large regions.

      TOO MANY SILO'S. Pride using acronyms to the extent that company has own acronympedia.

      Pros

      friendliness, an atmosphere of health awareness, good attitudes, job growth opportunity, hiring up from within, a fun group of people to work with

      Cons

      Chaotic at times, lots of OT required, sometimes the office is full of too many temporary associates bringing down the moral of the whole department

      Pros

      The education reimbursement program is amazing if you are going for a MBA. There are mutliple departments/organizations within Humana to move into (if you can). There is the ability to have some additional training (if available). There is a high importance placed on customer experience.

      Cons

      There is a lack of feedback during reviews. HR has no placement program if looking to move outside of department. Main concern: working environment differs greatly between departments. This is probably the biggest reason people. Additional training may not be available, even if requested. Culture very dependent on senior management in specific department.
