the managers tend to micromanage their employees which leads to high employee dissatisfaction and a high rate of turnover in several departments

Helping people (members and prospective members) receive quality health coverage while maximizing their savings. I wake up every day knowing I have the opportunity and the ability to help someone better their lives and their lifestyle.

Cons

Management is comprised of leaches that rake in the bucks off the hard work of others than claim credit for a wonderful job of leadship. Those in the field do what we do and are successful in spite of management, not because of it.
