Some ineffective leadership at middle management positions

Unrealistic expectations of making and documenting calls within the last 15 min of our shift, instead of allowing us to use our discretion. It basically makes in never able to have a solid ‘end’ time. The way raises are determined is INSANE. They can only provide raises to a certain number of people, regardless of how well performance is. They started screen recording, which I feel is a violation of privacy, especially when you have to communicate with HR, complete surveys they claim are anonymous, etc My last day of work fell on a Friday and benefits ended the next day. I wasn’t made aware that benefits were ending until Thursday of the same week!
