      Pros

      Paid time off accrues fast, some work at home is possible in a few departments.

      Cons

      Very lacking in quality leadership. Many leaders are not anywhere close to the skill level that a good leader needs to be.

      Pros

      The 401K and vacation are really good.

      Cons

      Management and co workers. The coworkers were rude and impatient. The management was the same. I've never worked anywhere, where I've been treated so badly. Like anything else, it might have been the division I worked for, but I'd never go back. It's all about numbers, how much you produce in a day. Management was rigid and punitive. I felt like I was in the military.
