Lots of micromanagement

Pros

Good pay, work from home, remote

Cons

Literally every minute is tracked. They say they won’t micromanage you if you meet your metrics, but they keep raising the metrics so high it’s impossible to meet. You don’t have any time to take your lunch. No flexibility for appointments.
