We are in a constant state of wanting to be better, and part of that means listening even when it is hard to hear. There will always be room for improvement in all companies.
We recently had some leadership changes in this facility and are confident the new leadership brings a new encouraging vibe to the team. We have also focused in our communication with weekly team meetings and more on-going events to show our appreciation for how hard everyone works.
