Pros

The grunt work is done by passionate people that have their clients interest at heart.

Cons

The Leadership team seems to be in a constant tidal change of people coming and going, hiring their friends to make some money then exit stage left. The product team and Dev would rather change the way some thing looks that fix the function that is broken. If you polish a broken watch its just a shiny broken watch. New hires make way more than the people that have stayed with the company.

Pros

HungerRush provides a conducive remote work environment that fosters both professional growth and a healthy work-life balance. During my two years with HungerRush, I've witnessed the company's adaptability to meet customer needs, reaffirming its commitment to excellence. HungerRush is an ideal workplace for those seeking career development and a supportive atmosphere that values both professional aspirations and family presence.

Cons

While there may be less water cooler chat, the positive side is that it allows for more focused and productive work time. The reduced informal interactions from remote working contribute to an environment where employees can dedicate their time more efficiently to tasks and projects.

Pros

Working at Hungerrush has been a positive and rewarding experience. The direct management is excellent, providing valuable guidance and support. What truly sets Hungerrush apart is the emphasis on incentivizing hard work, recognizing dedication, and promoting from within. This approach not only fosters personal growth but also creates a collaborative work environment where coworkers are not just colleagues but an integral part of a supportive team. In my role, I've gained valuable skills through continuous learning opportunities, thanks to the shared knowledge and expertise within our team. The culture of recognition and reward not only motivates individual effort but also strengthens our sense of unity as a team.

Cons

There are a lot of passionate people involved with this company. This can sometimes be a double edged sword, but ultimately it just shows how much people care about the work they do.
