Pros

It's like New York - if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere. You will love your fellow employees the way war veterans love each other. You will leave with epic stories that your friends won't believe are true. On the extreme plus side, many positions are remote and they support the work from home environment quite well.

Cons

Ever-shifting priorities, company goals that come straight out of a management book and are never realized, unbelievable wage disparity, forget about ever getting a raise.
