      Good benefits like employer paid medical insurance, average dental and eye care plans, 401K.

      Cons

      The new software that was developed (and all that Sales is allowed to sell) doesn’t work. It was released 1 1/2 years ago and Dev can’t fix it. Management is all over the place, Sales can’t keep staff.

      Pros

      WFH position, lots of support from colleges, leadership, and upper management, positive reinforcement galore, dedicated to your education on all facets of the business, open to movement between departments should you find it to be your strong suit. They see the person, not the job title. I love this about HungerRush.
