      They are growing and their is a lot of opportunity. They have recently changed a lot of things and the structure is slowly getting better and better.

      Cons

      I mean most of the cons are just growing pains. In reality I think any company that is going through growth will have challenges.

      - Rapid advancement through Tier System. - Quick pay increases. - Exposure to a wide range of IT related issues. - Benefits (Medical, Dental, 401K, PTO)

      Cons

      - Lots of non-technical related job duties. - Advancement ceiling hit fairly quickly, often within the first year. - Software is buggy, which upsets customers and falls on those who answer the phones. - PTO is accrued per pay period and must be spent by the end of the year.
