Pros

Working here keeps you from being unemployed, CRS Solutions work with point of sales, which is a really great industry in general.

Cons

I was made to work an on call, and was only paid for this on call, based on a "commission" and I was only to be payed once the customer paid their bill, which could be months, or in my case, never. Management was terrible, constantly micromanaging everything and everyone in the business. The manager was also encouraging me as well as other coworkers to commit crimes, sabotaging other businesses, leaving other vulnerable to identity theft, to then sell them a solution or new POS software later. This was the worst job I've ever held.

Pros

Vending machine wasn’t terrible. So there’s that. Glassdoor wouldn’t allow me to leave this portion blank.

Cons

Just run. Product is horrible and way too expensive. Most of the deals you close will be trying to void their contract days after install because the software is useless. Your day to day will be filled with trying to walk customers off the bridge. Management has no idea what they’re doing and their only way too manage is to make you feel like you have no job security. Nearly every sales employee I worked with either quit or was fired during the time I was there. My time at Hungerrush was the worst experience of my professional career. The stress this company brought me likely took years off my life. Just run.

Pros

Former co-workers that I'll have as friends for years. Decent medical benefits.

Cons

If you enjoy high turnover, constant uncertainty, and leadership that seems to make decisions based on a magic 8-ball, this is the place for you. Senior leaders often seem more focused on their own egos than actually making smart, effective decisions. The result? A constant game of 'what’s going to implode today?’. There’s a continuing revolving door of employees – due to 2-3 rounds of layoffs each year or to those who are wise enough to jump ship. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.
