Good Pay and Coworkers, Bad Leadership

Pros

Strong base salary. Worked with some amazing people (Great manager and team). Diverse.

Cons

Leadership. Hired great talent but wasn't able to keep them. Unrealistic quotas. Would do things like threaten employees to work on holidays if quotas weren't hit. Forced people to come back to the office during the pandemic. Training wasn't great. Put out products that weren't ready resulting in bad customer experience and high fallout rate.
