Good people work here, interesting work, large scale impact

Cons

Everyone is miserable, management is buckling to please 3G Capitol who are stripping all the quality and initiative out of the company to focus on profit. Very poor salaries for new hires, way more work than reasonable, high turnover now, very low morale, lack of investment into quality. No room for advancement or growth.

People play too much politics. If you are good at your work but do not involve in politics then you will be harassed by your boss only. They do not support AI because my boss only asked me not to use AI because according to her AI is not the future. Feedback always given as a taunt and they treat people like a slave. Salary compensation is very very poor
