Pros

Such a fun company to work for! The company and leadership truly value their employees and take pride in demonstrating their company values. As an employee, you feel cared for a like you are part of the family. It is a joy to come to work each day and work hard with great people!

Cons

The pace at Hunter can be slower than others, which won't be a great fit for everyone. But once you get used to slowing down, you'll enjoy the freedom and empowerment that gives you to make an impact.

Discrimination, everyone was offered overtime in the company except the only black person in the department.

Cons

Low pay, very odd for such a wealthy company. The best/most skilled employees wil continue to leave for more money.
